We are a training crew with the Baltimore Gas & Electric Co. We are about ten months into our training. In these photos we are building an express feeder near Annapolis, MD. The terrain required us to go underground and overhead. We got some good shots of us riding along setting the blocks on the messenger and some of the equipment that we used.
