Hurricane Rita--Jeff Davis REA Destruction

Hurricane Rita completely leveled the REA system in Cameron LA.
 One other lineman from an REA in California and me teamed up with two 
crews from Utah REA's and headed to Cameron to help with the relief 
work. Working 16 hour days, we rebuilt three phase and single phase 
taps through subdivisions no longer there, and along the water front.
Twenty nine foot storm surge. Can you believe that?
