Las Vegas 230 failure

A microburst hit a transmission corridor Monday night, July 17th  south of Las Vegas.

It took down 16- 230 kv H-structures on 2 separate circuits.  NPC was able to keep

the slot machines and Las Vegas in power.  Our line crews worked were

on the job 24/7 until Friday morning when the 1st circuit was restored.
