Dale was an apprentice instructor and a lineman where I took my apprenticeship in Auburn Wa. He was always fun to be around and laughed and smiled a lot. While he was teaching me , I would ask how he would do something. He would tell me several different ways. Then he would show me the way HE liked to do it.  Dale L. Erickson, Service Lineman, passed away,  Friday,

 November 21, 2003. Dale was 58 years of age.

 Dale began working at Puget Power/Puget Sound Energy on February 3,

 1969, as a Meter Reader based out of the Kent Local Office. He became

 a Groundman, Helper-Line and an Equipment Operator while working out

 of the Renton Service Center. Dale began his Apprenticeship for the

 Lineman position on September 3, 1973. He worked in several areas of

 the company in the Lineman capacity. On August 5, 1985, Dale began

 working as a Crew Dispatcher located in the Renton Line Headquarters.

 On November 26, 1990, he became a Service Lineman working out of South

 King Operations and continued in that position until his illness no

 longer allowed him to work.

 Dale had over 34 years of service with the Company.

 Dale is survived by his wife, Mary, and their three children.
